ABSTRACT

Abstract@#With the rapid development of information technology and the popularity of intelligent electronic devices, increasing attention has been to sexting behavior among adolescents and its negative consequences which are driven by social networking. Therefore, the paper reviews the assessment tools and current situation regarding adolescent sexting exposure, the influencing factors of sexting behavior, and the impact of sexting behavior on adolescent physical and mental health. It also proposes future research prospects based on the shortcomings of existing research, thereby providing a reference for further studies and the follow up development of intervention strategies to address sexting behavior, so as to promote sexual health and sexual development among adolescents.

Nursing operation scores of observation group and control group were (95.18±2.06) points and (93.15±2.13) points. Comprehensive quality of observation group and control group were (96.23±1.48) points and (90.47±1.88) points. The total scores of the observation group and the control group were (96.83±1.27) points and (91.20±1.31) points, respectively. All the differences were statistically significant ( P<0.05). Ther were significant differences between the two groups in terms of teaching satisfaction including teaching methods, contents, teachers' satisfaction and total satisfaction( P<0.05). Conclusion:In the clinical nursing teaching of neonatology department, the integrated medical-nursing management model is helpful to improve the clinical comprehensive quality and teaching satisfaction of undergraduate nursing students.

ABSTRACT

The disaster response plans in the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) was endorsed by the Group of Pedia-tric Disaster,Pediatric Society,Chinese Medical Association and the Pediatrics Committee,Medical Association of Chinese People's Liberation Army in 2017.This article is designed to interpret these plans.Disaster contingency plans need to be developed in advance to serve as principles and guidelines for the provision of medical assistance by medical institutions in disaster conditions. The implementation of disaster rescue is a systematic project, including meeting various conditions of disaster rescue, ensuring the implementation of medical treatment measures, establishing efficient transport/evacuation mechanism and family members' participation in disaster rescue. In the process of disaster rescue, the solution of ethical problems should be paid attention. In post-disaster reconstruction process, attention should be paid to the psychological counseling of the newborn's family members and medical staffs.NICU medical staffs need to improve their disaster response capacity through continuous learning and exercises.

ABSTRACT

Serine elastic chymotrypsin Pr1 is an enzyme that efficiently degrades insect body wall protein through its connection with the virulence of entomogenous fungi. Therefore, it is important to explore the relationship between the Pr1 protease activity, the Pr1 gene expression and the virulence of different strains of entomogenous fungi. Specific peptide substrate Suc-Ala-Ala-Pro-Phe-pNA and fluorogenic quantitative PCR were used for detecting Pr1 protease activity and Pr1 gene expression, and the slope spray method was used for evaluating the virulence of the fungi on the Myzus persicae. The results indicated that the linear regression equation of the Pr1 protease activity and the virulence of different strains were: y=3.64x+0.62, R²=0.432. It was shown that there is a positive correlation between the Pr1 protease activity and virulence of different strains. Moreover, the result of the multiple linear regression analysis between Pr1 protease activity, Pr1 gene expression and the virulence of different strains was: y=0.236+10.833x₁-0.039x₂ (x₁ represents Pr1 protease activity while x₂ represents Pr1 gene expression), R²=0.568, which suggested that the raw data could be represented by a linear fitting equation. The serial correlation coefficient was high (D-W was 2.444), indicating that Pr1 protease activity and Pr1 gene expression have great effect on the virulence of the fungi. Additionally, VIF=12.705, which shows that moderate multiple collinear exists between Pr1 protease activity and Pr1 gene expression. Therefore, Pr1 protease activity and Pr1 gene expression could be recommended as important indicators for strain virulence selection.

ABSTRACT

In order to find the insect-resistant composition and differentially expressed proteins of mungbean, Jinlv No.7, B20 and Weilv 2117 were used as experimental materials, and the differential proteins and functions of mungbean varieties that are resistant and susceptible to bruchids were compared and analyzed by two dimensional gel electrophoresis (2-DE) and identified by mass spectrometry. Among the samples, 15 protein spots showed a more than 2.5 times reproducible up-regulated, significance 6 of them were successfully identified by the database, and involved three kinds of proteins. They are the alpha and beta subtype 8S globulin, ribulose-1,5-bisphosphate carboxylase/oxygenase (RuBis CO) subunits binding protein and the precursor peptide chains for amylase inhibitor and trypsin inhibitor. The protein expressions of B49 (alpha subtype 8S globulin) and B31 (RuBis CO subunits binding protein) of insect-resistant mungbean were 10 000 and 23 times higher than that of insect-susceptible mungbeans. It stunted the growth and even death of the Callosobruchus chinensis L. that alpha and beta subtype 8S globulin and RuBis CO subunits binding protein and precursor peptide chains for amylase inhibitor and trypsin inhibitor of insect-resistant mungbean, the bruchid resistance effect of these three proteins need to further verified in terms of the quantity and the combined effect.

ABSTRACT

Objective To investigate the effects of intrathecal (IT) ketamine on the synapsis remodeling in the spinal dorsal horn during devolopment of morphine tolerance in a rat model of neuropathic pain (NP). Methods Male SD rats weighing 200-250 g were used in this study. IT catheter was placed in the subarachnoid space according to Yaksh. Forty-eight SD rats in which IT catheter was successfully placed were randomly divided into 6groups (n=8 each): group sham operation (group S); group NP; group normal saline 20 μl IT(group NS);group morphine 20 μg IT (group M); group ketamine 50 μg IT (group K) and group morphine 20 μ g + ketamine 50 μg IT (group MK). NP was induced by compression of right L4,5 dorsal root ganglions with steel wire inserted through L4,5 intervertebral foramen in NP,M,K and MK groups. Normal saline or morphine and/or ketamine were injected IT once a day for consecutive 14 days. Paw withdrawal threshold (PWT) to mechanical stimulation and paw withdrawal latency (PWL) to a thermal nociceptive stimulus were measured on 0, 1, 3, 5, 7, 9, 11, 14 days during the consecutive 14 days of administration. The animals were sacrificed after the final IT administration. The lumbar segment of the spinal cord was removed for determination of the number of synapsis in the spinal dorsal horn by immuno-histochemistry in 4 animals in each group and observation of synaptic structure remodeling using electron microscope in another 4 animals in each group. Results Compared with group S, PWT was significantly decreased and PWL was shortened in the other 5 groups, and the number of synapsis was significantly increased and the synaptic structure was thickened in NP, NS, M and K groups (P < 0.05). Compared with group NP,PWT was significantly increased and PWL was prolonged in M, K and MK groups, and the number of synapsis was significantly decreased and the thickness of synaptic structure was significantly reduced in group MK ( P < 0.05).Compared with group M, PWT was significantly increased, PWL was prolonged, the number of synapsis was significantly decreased and the thickness of synaptic structure was significantly reduced in group MK ( P < 0.05). Conclusion IT ketamine can inhibit the synaptic remodeling in the spinal dorsal horn during development of morphine tolerance in a rat model of NP.
